We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

For your convenience each one of our products has a size chart embedded in its description.

Absolutely! Refer to our product pages as the majority of our items are offered in plus sizes.

Shipping

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow up to 72 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

USA: 2-7 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@thetrendydancer.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Payments

The Trendy Dancer offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, Amazon, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Returns

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size because the garment was mislabelled, get in touch with us at support@thetrendydancer.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
